The K252 waits in the hole at Fonda, NY before being able to procede east. This dirty dirt train will eventually end in Fort Edward, NY where it will load PCB laiden sludge from the controversial dredging of the Hudson River. CSX will hand this train off to the Canadian Pacific at the Kenwood Yard in Albany, NY via the CSX Albany Port Sub. Once loaded the train will return to CSX and head back west as the K253. |
